Disease or pain in the body often occurs not just as physiological isolated events, but as psychological and spiritual patterns manifesting on the physical realm. 

As human beings, we are awakening and evolving within the vessel of a physical body. We are not here to transcend the body through spiritual practice. 

As our minds and hearts awaken to truth and light, our bodies also evolve, in union. So often, we are too busy to stop and listen to the wisdom that our bodies wish to reveal. In this workshop, we will take time to listen to our most profound and humble teacher; our Body.
