All classes will focus on Asanas (the physical postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, and end with deep relaxation and therapuetic restorative Yoga postures. Can you say "AHHHHHHHHHHH"?! this class will be soothing, well supported and use's props. The body will be allowed to open very slowly and gently, staying in postures comforably and effectively. This class is great for soothing temporary or chronic injury or simply for ANYONE who wants to experience a very relaxed and opening class. Open to beginners or persons wanting to revisit and deepen an exisitng practice.
