Shamanism is one of the oldest Spiritual practices known to mankind and is still to this day the foundation of most indigenous cultures.
A Shaman is a healer who see’s in the dark; i.e. journeys to his/her internal landscapes to find information.
Today Shamanism is being reintroduced as one of the fastest growing paths to Enlightenment and Spiritual Growth. Shamanism is about reconnecting to our innate gifts of wisdom, healing and empowerment.
There are no limits or boundaries to Shamanism and we will adapt it’s basic and simplistic beauty to the New Earth Energies. This will be an experiential class. We will use the Shamanic drumming method for reaching altered states of awareness and Divining information through journey work and direct revelation.
We will begin with a brief overview of Shamanism through the ages, and bring it into modern times. We will learn to use the Shamanic journey for Divination and useful information for our spiritual journey.
Whether you are new to Shamanism or not, you will enjoy this class and leave feeling renewed with a deeper connection to Divine Spirit, our Higher Selves, and the New Earth Energies. This class will be an introduction and spring board into other Shamanic classes I will be teaching.
You will learn to tap into your inner wisdom and meet spiritual allies! Be ready to “awaken the Shaman within”!
What to bring: A drum or rattle (we have extra’s), a journal, a scarf for covering the eyes, and a blanket or rug for lying comfortably on the floor. Dress comfortably and bring a lite lunch. We will create an altar which is a power point for the Shaman, please feel free to bring any sacred objects to empower through this journey.
