Feeling like you really should be doing more with you life, but feel stuck.

The above are common side effects of soul loss. Many people often report in healing sessions that they feel like they are not doing what they came here to do or they just have no “joy“ in their lives. These are two more signs of soul loss. What is soul loss and how can it be retrieved?

First, let me define “soul”. The soul is that part of us that is our pure essence, or life force. It is “pure Light”, that which is created by God and is eternal. That which returns to God and most likely will choose to return again to another body. Now, I am putting a little extra energy on that last statement for a reason and I will bring it up again soon.

When physical or emotional trauma occurs, the soul fragments to alleviate the body from feeling too much pain. Unfortunately, when this happens, not all of the fragmented soul parts return. Over time left unaddressed, this soul loss begins to create more of an issue in the emotional and physical bodies through energy disturbances.

Mental, physical, and sexual abuse are all major factors in soul fragmentation. Soul fragmentation can also be a result from an accident, surgery, being in a war, the death of a loved one, and surviving natural disasters. Children often experience soul loss due to parents who fight with each other in front of them.

So are these soul parts lost forever? No, only until the loss is recognized and addressed. So how do you address it you ask! Most Shaman are trained in Soul Retrieval. A Shaman is a healer who “see’s in the dark” or journeys into the inner landscapes to locate illness and imbalance that may latter lead to more serious illness. Most all indigenous Shaman and Shamanic practitioners believe that most illness stems from soul loss.

Shamanism is the oldest Spiritual practice known to mankind dating back 40,000 years. The word Shaman originated in Siberia, but is found in most indigenous cultures still today. Until recently, Shamanism was reserved for the “chosen medicine people“ of a tribe or culture. But today many westerners are being taught the old “authentic ways” of healing through Shamanism. And as an “aside”, Jesus was said to have been a Shaman!

Could living in balance in the authentic way reduce illness in our society? YES it can, but we have to stop thinking that illness is only about the physical body. I too believe that most illness begins with emotional imbalances. Scientists have begun to study this concept and are beginning to collude with the belief that our Spiritual bodies are as important to our well being as our physical bodies if not more important.

We all know someone who has chronic illness, one thing after another seems to manifest in their bodies. Is this Gods revenge for something bad they did in their past? No, God is not vengeful. Are they clearing Karmic debt? No, sorry, you can’t pull the karmic debt card either. I have had an epiphany from higher sources that karmic debt is something our ego mind makes up to keep us small. That is a whole other story to come soon!

If you understand that everything is energy, our bodies, words and thoughts, actions and deeds, and there is negative and positive, and our bodies are like little energy magnets, then you can begin to understand how our little magnets attract and hold negative words and expressions. When someone has a trauma occur in their life, and the energy of that trauma is not healed and released, later in life this energy can become denser energy and create an energy disturbance. Like a splinter, this dense matter can begin to fester and create an energetic infection that when left unnoticed, can turn to disease in the physical body. When we have suffered severe soul loss, we do not have the energy to fight these heavier energies from manifesting as dis-ease.

I hope that this is making sense to you and that you realize how very important it is that we tend to our Spiritual body, our Soul or pure essence, as much as we tend to our physical bodies.

Now back to an earlier statement and to complicate things even further. When our earthly body dies and we are “pure Spirit” again, that essence holds and takes with it, all of the imprints of this life time. The good, the bad, and those things that were not healed in this incarnation. So we take our collected junk with us. And then, in our next incarnation, our Spirit, our eternal essence, inhabits another body, and somewhere along the road some unexplainable issue gets triggered and bam! We have “stuff” going on that we can’t even explain. So in the new incarnation we have the ability to heal this again or not. When I see into peoples past lives, I can sometimes see the same issues playing over and over. Transcending the “mundane” is what evolution of the Soul is all about. Often times Soul Retrieval will take me into another life time that needs to be healed.

Soul loss is real, and Soul Retrieval is a beautiful way to bring one back into total balance! Think of Soul Retrieval as “preventative medicine”!

Over the past few days it seemed that the wind has been fast and furious more so than we‘ve had in a long time. I’m not sure if I’ve experienced that strong of wind for that length of time since I’ve lived here. Yesterday morning was very intense and as I was walking through my shuddering house, I said a loud, “God!!! This wind is annoying”. Then it came, that voice that comes from no where and every where. “Did you not know the wind has a Spirit too? You are speaking of as if it were an inanimate object.” That is the voice that stops me in my tracks. I pondered that for a moment, but just for a moment as I was preparing myself to go to work.

In Shaman School one of the first things we teach is that all things have a Spirit. The mountains have a Spirit as well as Mother Earth and all of her children including the plant and animal kingdom. The rivers and waters have a Spirit, and we even honor and bless water these days as experiment to create more pure the water for us to drink.

When we do fire ceremonies we honor Grandfather fire for all that he transmutes. In fact, if you think about it, we (those who live close to Nature and the Natural World) we honor all the other elements including the wind but we tend to curse it when it is blowing harder than we like.

My second client of the day mentioned the wind. I proceeded to share with her what “the voice” had said and that opened a little discussion on wind. We thought of all the good things that wind does for us such as helps to pollinate plants, move and dissipate heavy energies including smog, shifts the weather, and dusts us off. I’m sure we could come up with lots more good things that the wind does, but this is the general idea.

The wind even speaks to us if we are willing to listen. I remember my son once in his infinite wisdom, said something very profound one day while I was visiting with him on his back porch in Arizona. I don’t remember what it was that he said, but it was how he said it and the energy behind his hypnotic stare that got my attention. I asked him how he knew that and he said, “the wind told me”. This is the same son who often would roll his e eyes in the back of his head when I would speak to him of my own Shamanic adventures. “Oh how that which goes around, comes around!”

As my client and I were speaking of the wind, an energy came in “much like the wind” pun intended, and entered my body. It was a very strong energy and my client even said, “oh my, what’s going for you, your face is glossing over”. She kind of faded away as the energy entered my body but the feeling I was feeling was gratitude and deep love. And then the energy was gone like the wind! I felt like the Spirit of the Wind was grateful for some praise and acknowledgement. And who knows, maybe the Spirit of the Wind has emotions much as we do and just wants some positive attention.

And today there is calm!

Most of us don’t really know the true meaning of Spiritual Cleansing,  it’s importance, or the fact that it can help to eliminate the unconscious need to create disease in our bodies. Unfortunately, Spiritual cleansing of the Body, Mind, and Spirit are no longer taught as “natural living” as it was many years ago. Spiritual cleansing can prevent us from “predisposed disease”, and bring more clarity, balance, and harmony to our lives. The more Spiritual Cleansing we do, the more Luminous we become. And what is this Luminous stuff anyway? Well being Luminous is being Lighter, without baggage. Living in a higher vibratory existance rather than being stuck in the mundane illusion.

Think of Pig Pen in Charlie Brown. He’s dragging lot’s of unneccasary “junk in his trunk” around with him. He must feel like he’s walking through mud all of the time. And that would keep him stuck in the lower vibrations, keeping  joy and harmonious balance out of his reach. Being in the Pig Pen state would also certainly make you a magnet for negative energies.  We want to be Luminous (adj; giving off Light) so that we can attract all that we were Created to enjoy; ecstatic joy, experiencing all of our God given channels of perception: Clarvoyance, Claraudience, Clarsentience, and Clarcognance. And to be in a place to attract all of the Goodness of the Universe to us. This brings to mind one of the biggest Universal Laws, the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like! When we are drowning in our own mud puddle of life, all we attract is more mud!

There are many ways to recieve Spiritual Cleansing. Reiki, Shamanic healing, energy work of any kind, including massage with a therapist who also understands energy,  all of these are great tools of Illumination. Eating healthy foods and keeping a positive attitude also aid in staying Luminous. The John of God Crystal Bed at Pathways is a great way to clear out the chakra’s and eliminate heavy energies.

Healers and Lightworkers often unknowingly take on others heavy energies as they are working on them, so it is very important for Healers and Lightworkers to get frequent Spiritual Cleansings. I know for myself how it feels to have this Spiritual Cleansing work done on me. As you give so shall you receive! This keeps you in Universal alignment.  Plus, I love to experience different types of Spiritual Cleansings from other Healers. We have to take care of each other.

In choosing a Healer/Practitioner for your cleansing, make sure you find someone who doesn’t look like Pig Pen. Focus a soft eye on someone and see if they sparkle or appear “cloudy”. If they appear cloudy, they are not keeping their energy field clean.  If you were going to find a new hairdresser, would you choose one who does not take care of their own hair? Of course not, nor would you want to get a Spiritual Cleansing from someone who does not look like they take good care of their Spirit,  Mind, and Body. If a Healer/Practitioner has heavy energy they won’t be able to perform a good cleansing on you nor would you want to acquire any of their “heavy hoocha”.

Two years ago Grandmother Jean was in town and doing her Women’s Empowerment Circle and private healing sessions at Pathways. Grandmother Jean is an “8th Generation Cherokee Master Crystal Healer”.  I figured I was long overdue for a cleansing myself, so I made an appointment with her. The first thing that she said to me was “Girl, you got kooties in your heart chakra. We need to get them out before they give you a heart attack”. Literally! As a healer I know that most heart surgeries could have been avoided if those people knew that many heart problems start from emotional issues of the heart like heart break. And who HASN’T  had a broken heart of some sort!

The irony of Grandmother Jeans assessment came shortly after my 5 week old baby Granddaughter Jayden died of SIDS. With the loss of this beautiful soul, my heart literally felt as if it were broken, and of course the first thing anyone says to a grieving person is “How are you doing?” And my first response was “My heart is broken”. Oh how the mind and our words are such amazingly powerful weapons of self destruction. But on the other hand, with this knowledge, the mind can be a powerful tool and healer.  Be carefull of what you ask for, and especially be mindful of what your mind and your words unknowingly create for you!

So Grandmother Jean set out to “get the kooties” out of my heart chakra. A Grandmother Jean Spiritual cleansing starts with lots of prayer and cleansing with sage and other incense. Then she stratigically surrounds you with many crystals including ruby and emerald. She then wrapped me with sacred blessed furs of her power totems and spirit helpers. Finally, a large crystal was placed on my heart chakra. Immediately intense pain clutched my heart chakra to the point that I almost said to Grandmother Jean that she needed to remove it, but Spirit interviened and said that I would be fine and the pain would start to lessen. And it did! After awhile the pain had subsided to a dull pressure. After Grandmother felt everything released, she began to remove the furs and crystals. The last crystal to be removed would of course be the one I wanted removed first, the one on the heart chakra.

When Grandmother Jean tried to remove the crystal, it was stuck as if a vortex of energy was holding it there. She said that it was not finished releasing and that she could pry it off but that would hurt me. She left it for a bit longer, praying more, and on the 3rd try to release it, it came willingly.

After the cleansing there was much relief and Lightness. I am grateful that I am Trusting in what Spirit has in store for me but also that I realize too that we “all” need cleansing from time to time. And of course I’m grateful to Grandmother Jean for her gift of sight and healing. Lightworkers and Healers are NOT exempt from “kooties” but more exposed and should always be willing to let go and release. Give yourself the gift of Illumination  and know that self care  is self  LOVE. Being a person in service to the Divine and asking for a cleansing is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of empowerment and a desire to be “clear”. No matter what your calling is, know that Spiritual cleansing is inevitable if you want to walk through this world Illuminated!

When Rev. George of the Namaste’ Center for Spiritual Oneness asked me if I would be guest speaker on December 20, and I eagerly agreed , the topic of what I wanted to speak about was in my head immediately. “Open to Receiving” was right there in front of my face so I am assuming that is what Spirit wanted me to talk about. And I have learned the hard way to listen to Spirit or else I get the big cosmic kick in the pants!

Ironically I did not pick this topic because of Christmas, I hadn’t even thought about Christmas, but I chose this topic because of some energies I had been working with for myself and others. But what a great time to open ourselves to receiving, but at Christmas time!

To be able to communicate my message about open to receiving, I first want to first talk to you about energy and the subtle energy systems we humans have.

Every thing is energy. You are energy, buildings, chairs, the floor beneath our feet, the clothes we wear, the air we breath , everything is energy. Our words and thoughts are energy. Have you thought much about the fact that thoughts, words, and beliefs systems are energy?

We have a physical body and an etheric body, also called the luminous body or spirit body. Our physical bodies feel pain from blunt force trauma or illness, and our etheric bodies store the memory and energy of all emotional and physical trauma. In other words, when we are subject to trauma, be it physical, emotional, mental or Spiritual, we allow that energy to come into our sacred space and we store it somewhere in our etheric body only to have something trigger that energy later in life. We do this in a most subconscious way. Most disease’s can be tracked back to a trauma that started as just heavy energy stored in the body and grows denser in time without release.

Every thing has polarity, for every “in” there is an out, for dark there is light, for up there is down, negative there is positive, for ever giving there is a receiving, and so on and so on. This keeps balance in the Universe. So when things aren’t going so smooth in your life, ask yourself “Where am I out of balance. Am I asking for or receiving too much without giving thanks, am I being too negative without nurturing the positive?

Often times with clients who feel like their life is too negative or out of balance, I have them do a gratitude exercise, which quickly brings them back to a place of balance and they begin to feel light again. This is a good exercise for us during the holidays when we spend too much money or spend too much time trying to please everyone else and find ourselves depleted and annoyed.

Most of you have probably seen the movie the Secret, where they teach you that you can have anything you want by visualizing and believing that you deserve it. Or the Law of Attraction which is one of the Universal laws that teaches us to visualize what we and see it as already being and it will be yours. And I truly believe that these thoughts or practices work. But what if you have a block that is keeping out those things that you truly want?

Maybe you are spending a lot of time telling yourself that you want a certain thing in your life, you visualize it, you keep it in your mind, and nothing is changing so you give up on that little experiment. But it’s not really that it doesn’t work, but it might possibly be that you are blocked in the receiving department.

We’re all really good at giving, of giving love, goodies, gifts, time helping others. For instance, maybe you’ve helped all your friends move, but when it was your turn to move, they didn’t reciprocate? Maybe there is a block that you created that says “I don’t need help from anyone, I‘m too independent to ask for help, and I shouldn‘t have to ask for help, they should just do it”. We might all be strong and independent, but giving so much of ourselves and not allowing reciprocation to happen, is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of blockage.

Most of us are good people, we love our families and neighbors, we give to charities and we tithe, but things aren’t coming back to us like we want them to. Well maybe it’s because we’re not looking at the fact that we many have created an energetic block to receiving.

Why do these blocks happen? There are many reasons why.

There is an unsung hero in the Bible named Jabez. In Hebrew, Jabez means pain. Jabez’s Mother had an unusually painful birth with him so she named him Jabez. Of course he lived with lots of ridicule over his name, but his claim to fame came because of his simple prayer to God. The prayer he prayed every day was “God, please bless me and please bless me a lot.”

God did bless Jabez a lot. There is much more to that story, and one that can be read in a small, sweet, sweet book called the Prayer of Jabez, that is a very inspiring read.

What about when we were kids and subject to teasing and name calling from other kids, or parents who didn’t know how “words” they used to control their children could hurt them later in life! Even though we know those things aren’t true about us, the energy of that thought or those words have mass and take up residency in our etheric luminous bodies.And what about you men

Tears, crying, showing emotion, these are Gods built in cleansing systems. How many times have you just let yourself get so down you just feel like crying?

And when you finally do let yourself cry, and it’s over, it’s like that feeling after a long awaited spring shower and then the rainbow comes out. And you suddenly feel in balance again. Crying is like a self cleaning oven.

Or when children are told to be quiet because they should be seen and not heard. There’s a big block in the throat chakra. I personally projected that one for years. But I recognized it, found it, and released it.

For many years my ego told me not to speak my mind because everyone would just perceive me as stupid. But in my heart, I felt like I had a lot of good to share. Before I released that old story, I wouldn’t have stood up hear and talked to anyone. Now I don’t care what anyone thinks about what I have to say being stupid or not. What I have to say is “MY TRUTH”.

 How many of us, when someone asks what we’d like for our birthday or Christmas, humbly say “Oh, I don’t really need or want anything“, but our souls are screaming inside, “I want it all! Can‘t you see that”! When we do this, we are sending a signal to the universe that we don’t want or need anything. So energetically we create a block for that flow to come to us.

And the one of the biggest lie’s that we tell ourselves is that we are sinners and don’t deserve God’s love! Somewhere in our “flow system” is a big mass of energy that when triggered can really cause depression and lead to other illness’s over unworthiness of Gods love. I often find that at the root of most depression is a Spiritual illness such as this. This was also the philosophy of the great psychologist Carl Jung.

We all have old relationship issues that we like to wear as protective armor. Our ego tells us that all of our relationships have been and will be the same disappointment, so we close ourselves off to receiving love.

And really is the energy of the old story we tell ourselves that keeps us attracting the same kind of relationships that are not in alignment with our highest good.

And when our ego tells us that we are not worthy of the kind of relationship that our hearts truly desire, we block the flow of that kind of relationship coming to us.

These energies of “opening to Receiving” came to me in a painful but bitter sweet, “wa ha” moment that I’ll never forget. I sometimes feel that the Divine uses me as an “example to get a point across” and I often feel like they are up there saying, “Hey lets use Teresa Arney as a guinea pig, she’s tough, she can take it”.

Well, to tell you this, I have to be a little vulnerable, but if it helps you to understand how we can be our own worst enemies, and our own greatest healers, I’m willing to show my vulnerability.

I had for some time been longing for “that one true love, ” of a life time. I visioned it, called it too me, lit red candles, read all of the right books on relationship, had spoiled rotten child of God tantrums, and did everything that I thought would help me to manifest that relationship.

I felt this relationship coming closer and of course every reading I got, told me about this relationship coming in and enough about him that when I met him, my heart told me immediately that it was him.

Upon dating, every old trigger from my past relationships came flooding in. The Teresa “ego self” was way out of control. Those triggers made me feel and act like an absolute nut case. I was even given a vision one day of him standing still and I was running around him like a crazy woman. The old feelings of not being worthy came in and of course my ego wanted me to think that it was him that wasn’t open to receiving love.

One morning early last summer I was on my to Pathways very early to open up and set the stage for the annual “Bayfield yard sale” as quite a few people were coming to Pathways to sell their items. I had let my ego and old triggers get so way out of hand, that I started to think that maybe this relationship wasn’t supposed to happen.

So I’m driving along, thinking about this and I said out loud, cause I usually talk to Spirit out loud when I’m driving, “Please Spirit, let me detach from this person as I know his heart is not open to Love.

That’s when the giant cosmic “sucker punch” hit me right in my heart chakra, and that voice, that STILL SMALL VOICE INSIDE which at the time felt very condescending, but we all know that the Divine is NOT condescending, said to me “Oh, like you’re open to receiving love”!!

I kid you not, that sucker punch created such a instant physical pain in my heart, that I thought I was having the big one! I spontaneously burst into tears and this flood of old pain from past relationships flooded through my mind. You know how they say when your dying, your whole life passes before your eyes? So that combined with the pain in my heart, I’m thinking I’m done. It’s a good thing that we always have Angelic co-pilots when we drive cause I’m having a “wa – ha” moment driving 60 down 160 to Pathways. Okay, maybe 65 because I was the one with the key and people were waiting on me and I was late.

Then another wave of tears hit, and when I cry, I look like Rudolph the Red nosed reindeer. And then I’m thinking about all the people waiting on me s and how I must look. I remember asking out load “What the heck is going on with me”! And the voice came back and said, “you’re having a release my dear”. I had no idea that I was so closed to receiving love.

Everything in that relationship changed that day. The energy shifted so drastically and I felt peaceful; foolish, but peaceful. When he called me later that day, I cold tell that every thing had changed and that was the beginning of me allowing love into my life.

The thing that blows my mind is that I’ve always been a big “giver of love and of myself”, and I knew that I wanted love in my life but I had no clue that I was blocking it.

Unconsciously we block most of the wonderful gifts that we came to this Earth to enjoy. Like unconditional love, joy, abundance; all the gifts that God has waiting for us.

So I want to give you the opportunity to work on clearing more space for receiving all that your heart and soul truly desire.

Think of just one thing that you may be telling yourself that really is not the Truth, or an old “story” that no longer serves you, that may be blocking your receptivity flow. Most of us know at least one thing that we would like to release and by closing our eyes and going inside, we can usually find where we store that energy.

Give yourself permission to release it. Don’t get too much in your head with this process. Your soul knows what and where it is. Use the vibration of the crystal bowl, a drum, or just sitting and breathing deeply with the intent to release the old energies. While you are doing this, remind yourself that you are deserving of all of Creator Gods gifts and graces.Remember that your old stories are just stories, and that you are co-author and you can change your stories at will.

And  ”Oh my God”, what about that whole thought “Men shouldn’t cry or show emotion. It‘s a sign of weakness.”! How wrong is that!! . We’ve all heard that it’s wrong to ask God for things! That belief system is “mans” law and goes against Gods law, and makes us feel small and powerless. That is not at all what God wants for us, and to me, that’s another “thought form curse“, which is an energy, that creates a block to receiving all of the gifts God has waiting for us. to others; that can create a big block for you. We can never be someone else. When we are constantly comparing ourselves to others, we block the flow of our own unique gifts and our Divine personal power.is a big one. Old religious thought forms that really defy Gods intentions for us. I see a lot of clients that are stuck in life because of religious “guilting”. To me, that is a solid “thought form curse”. that were never healed. Sadly there are still parents who berate their children. And choose to use guilt and shame to control their children.

Life just gets more interesting as I open to trusting Spirit even more.  A few weeks ago friends Lisa and Laurie asked if I wanted to go Mt. Shasta for the  Crystal Grid Activations on 09-09-09. Always up for a road trip I said “Oh sure, what’s that?” Well my friends Lisa & Laurie said that they had been doing some channeling via the Angel Board and Spirit was sending them to Mt. Shasta for the activation as it is one of the power points of the activation.

Well I was pretty intrigued that they were getting profound stuff from the Angel Board (much like a Ouiji board but with Angel energy) especially since every time I tried to use one it sat dormant. Being an Aries of course I’m pretty impatient with those things. So I just filed mine in the closet labeled “yard sale”. Having gotten this information I decided to get my Angel Board  out and give it another go.  Two friends and I sat there with the Angel Board one Friday afternoon and it was absolutely alive! It moved with such speed and clarity that I was blown away and thank goodness we had a scribe writing it all down as I don’t think we could have kept up with the words.

We started out with a simple “hello, is anybody out there”! And we got a yes. And this is how it went.

We asked who is channeling and we got “Hilarion”. Hilarion is an Ascended Master that I’m not familiar with, or at least I wasn’t before. I asked do you have a message for us? “Yes”!

What is the message? “Go to Arkansas”. In my mind I’m thinking, “I hope that message isn’t for me as I have not so fond memories of Arkansas”.

Who is supposed to go to Arkansas? “Teresa”  And I’m thinking this can’t be happening. 

Why I am supposed to go to Arkansas? “To activate 09-09-09 codes”

Where in Arkansas? “Redding”. I was supposing there was a Redding Arkansas, but I hadn’t heard of one.

Why? “Crystal Grid. To Activate the Codes 144.”

I said not to the board but to my partners, “I wonder if there is even a Redding in Arkansas”.

Hilarion said “go google” For some reason that was entertaining to us. But in my mind I had already figured I would be googling. 

Then it went to 5D, 5 times. I asked if that meant “5th dimension”? “Yes”.

When I felt we were complete I asked, do you have any other messages for us? “Yes”.

“Do Gods Work”! Alrighty then! How can I argue with that!

Needless to say, I was blown away at what had just happened. But at the same time I was thinking, I can’t go to Arkansas. I have too much going on at the center and in my life. The following week my step mother passed (a long time coming. It was a blessing) and I had to go back to Illinois to be with my family. I was there for a week and then I thought, “oh heck, I’m truly blessed to have Pamela and Gloria has co-caretakers of Pathways so that I can do these things. How could I NOT go”?! And funny how Spirit seems to kick you out of the door when you need to go out and re-fill your Well.

When we googled, much stuff came up on the subject. Most prominently was material channeled from Archangel Metatron through James Tyberonn. Two days away from 09-09-09 I reread his message and there was a part in there that said, “With this new activation, healers will become better healers, and wisdom keepers will have new knowledge”.  If that wasn’t enough to seal the deal for me, it also talked about the activation power place in Brazil and made mention of John of God. Pathways has a direct connection to John of God,  Below is one of the links we read that help me make the decision. So I returned Friday from Illinois and Tuesday September 8th, I got up very early, purchased a last minute plane fare online (ouch) and reserved a car in Ft. Smith Arkansas. I didn’t have time to secure a place to sleep but then again I had absolutely no idea where I was going. That morning was a blurr and as I finally got to Albuquerque in just the nick of time to catch a flight, and sat down in the plane and really thought about what I was doing, I had to laugh at myself. “You’re doing what because a board told you too!” Well I didn’t really think that the board told me to.”  And I never miss an opportunity to have a “mystical experience” or do Gods work.

The interesting thing that hit me questioningly Tuesday morning as I was making plans to go was a flash back to the information we had gotten online. If you google 09-09-09 cyrstal activations, lots of stuff comes up about other places around the world that are power points for this activation. Mind you they also eluded to the fact that you didn’t have to be at a power point to receive the activations, but that is was stronger at these points. And the point being that all of the sites we found that spoke of the Arkansas vortex was talking of the center being at Magazine Mt. in Arkansas. So why was Spirit sending me to Redding? I may never know, but I do have some thoughts on that.

So Wednesday, September 9th, I got up early and asked Spirit to guide me to Redding as not many people in Arkansas knew of it. Well it turns out that Redding is nothing more than a campground out in the middle of the Ozark Mountains about 50 miles (as Raven fly’s) due north of Magazine Mountain. I’m still not sure that I would have found it without Angelic help.

Trusting that I was supposed to be in Redding, with the help of a few of my intuitive buddies, I found my way to Redding and not much to my surprise, I was the only person within miles of that place. A beautiful campground hidden by tall tree’s that were being seduced by vines hitch hiking to the clouds. I felt as if I were back in the Amazon jungle. There was a body of water there that I felt I was being drawn to and I know that I was exactly where I was supposed to be on 09-09-09 at 9:00 am.

At 9:00 am on 09-09-09, I sat alone on the shore of this body of water, totally open to the mystery. There was a great stillness in this place. I could hear water running  somewhere to my left, but the denseness of the tree’s kept it’s source hidden. However, the water before me was NOT moving at all. It was much like a mirror reflecting the tree’s and stone ledge from the other side of the river. The water was riddled with little floaters of white foam but it was not moving at all for at least half an hour. Then suddenly the water began to quiver very gently and then it started to flow downstream. Raven was singing in the back ground and of course I considered her song to be for my benefit of holding me.

What I experienced physically at 9:00 am, was a very expanded state. Like all of my multiple selves were right there in this one place as opposed to being out and about as those aspects usually are. I felt very spacey and out of my body. But very much connected to all that “Is” including an even greater awareness of the Spirit of One that runs through everything and everyone.

I had been experiencing intense pain in my shoulder blade for several weeks prior to this day, wishing that I could have seen a chiropractor before I left. However, by 9:05 there was no pain at all. I felt expanded, yet very light and floaty. All of this seemed to last about an hour or so and then I felt complete.

I was starting to feel the urge to book it over to Magazine Mt. and see if anything was going on over there. I guess I hadn’t read the part about how James Tyberonn having a weekend event around the activations. There were 300 some people at a very beautiful 1st class resort at the highest point of Arkansas. An amazingly beautiful part of that state that I didn’t even know existed.  I arrived just as the workshop let out for lunch, so I got to mingle and met lots of very interesting people. They were very professional people from all over the world. And of course there was a much bigger reason for why I was meeting each one.

Things are very much still unfolding about why this all came about for me and in the way that it did. It was very profound and I’m grateful that I am really fully trusting Spirit. Although the energy was quite intense at the power places, everyone around the world received the activations. Pamela and a few Spiritual buddies held space at Pathways during the activation and felt incredible energy shifts.

The energy at Pathways shifted as well. When I walked in the door this morning, I felt it right away. It felt as if all of the Ascended Masters were here to say thank you for your part in this. I certainly feel a difference in the already amazing energy here, but the clarity and calm I feel in  myself is beyond words.

If I could say one thing about this experience it would be, “TRUST SPIRIT”! Trust your guidance. The Divine is asking all of us to step up a little and hold that energy to getting us a little closer to creating Heaven on Earth.

If I could say one more thing about this experience, “allow yourself to just be in this new energy! It’s like “upgrading your software”. The new energies are helping us to be even more clear, powerful, and precise in being “co-creators” of a better Earth! You/We deserve all the gifts our Creator sent us here to experience.

I do believe in Fairies …… I do, I do.
Let me tell you how the spirits had a way  in helping me come to this conclusion.  A few weeks ago Teresa Arney, from Pathways Healing center, approached me with an id3a for the Health and Harmony faire.  At this year’s event she wanted to include a fairy garden!  To get me excited she showed me all her photographs of orb’s and fairies.  You could actually see their wings fluttering. 
I, like most adults had forgotten about the fairies, so to refresh my memory I check out a book at Pathways.  The one that called to me was Fairies 101, by Doreen Virtue.  After reading the book I went out and started picking up trash on our Sunday drives in the wilderness. 
Did you know that God sent Angles to be guardians of people and he sent Fairies to be the guardians over the earth and animals? The fairies are many times misunderstood; they’re loving creations of god.  Fairies can be judgmental they help people who are kind to the environment and animals.  They withhold aid and communication from those who mistreat the planet and its inhabitants.  They don’t except you to be perfect at recycling or become an environmentalist, they just want you to try your best.  If you do, the fairies will do anything to help you.  Their assistance is reliable, safe, and very magical!
So in the book fairies 101, there is a chapter on how to use the fairies help in selling your house.  We have been trying to sell our house so I asked my husband Dan to read that chapter in the book.  After he finished that chapter he flipped the book shut and started reading it from front to back.  He believes, he does, and he does.  Dan now buys M & M’s ever week just for the fairies (he probable eats one or two.)  He has asked them to let us know if they are with us.  We now have mushrooms in our flower garden, a sure sign fairies have moved in.  And you should see all the Hugh butterflies we now have all thanks to the fairies.  Another important part of believing in fairies is you have to share with your friends your belief in them.
We started to share our belief in fairies with our neighbor Steve Jackson.  We made a campground in Steve’s valley and started spending lot of time with nature often talking about fairies.  Steve knew that if he wanted to see the fairies he would have share stories about fairies to; he is a custodian at Sunny Side Elementary School he told the librarian Nancy Logan about his Crazy neighbors who believed in fairies.   She borrowed a book to Steve for us to read, Fairy Houses, by Barry Kane.  We had guest from Wisconsin visiting and we shared the book with them and told them we had to make a faire house. 
We were all so inspired by that book that we couldn’t wait to make our own fairy house.  It took four people two hours to build our house.  Thank you, Nadine and Charlie Bruenig for all your inspiring ideas.  Nadine found most of the materials we used just walking in the yard. And Charlie, WOW ….just check out the fire place side of the house this was all done by a 25 year old.  He burned the board the the fire pit would sit on.. He burned the tips of the logs in the fire pit and added dried flowers to make it look like flames.  The chairs are sea shells tipped upside down with legs under them and check out his tree.

The fairy house was a big hit at the Health and Harmony faire everyone loved it.  By the end of the first day we had orders to fill for faire houses.  The circle wasn’t’ complete just yet. Nancy, the librarian who borrowed the book to us had a class on fairy house building last week and invited us to bring our house and talk to the children about fairies.  All of the children were right upfront staring into the house while the parents were in the back of the room thinking I was CRAZY.  By the end of my presentation EVERYONE was glued to the house. 
Now it was time for the children to build their own fairy houses.  They made our house seem like nothing when they let their imaginations run wild.  Most of them took their materials home so they could continue to work on them.  Others left them in the buses at school so the fairies would have a home there too.  We have given fairy houses to a few people so they can share their designs and stories with you too.
The fairies remind us: Life is joyful and fun, Nature needs and deserves our respect, animals are our brothers and sisters, everything is alive, Play is very important and you can magically manifest everything you need.

Soul loss is experienced when trauma of any kind happens to a person to the extent that the event is too much for that person to endure at the time. Trauma happens to us in many ways such as mental, emotional, Spiritual and physical abuse, sexual abuse, accidents, and even surgeries. In such cases, pieces of the soul or “pure essence” fragment or leave  in order to ”numb out” the event.

So where might these soul fragments go and do they come back? Well in order to fully understand this process, you must first understand that we beings have two basic components. We have our physical body and our Spirit body or our Soul. It is at the Soul Level that we experience this loss. There is no rule of thumb or good reason as to whether fragmented soul parts will return on their own or not.  Since soul loss has not been a standard component of traditional psycho  therapies, soul loss often goes unnoticed and untreated.

When soul loss goes untreated it leaves us with a feeling of “not being ourselves”.  Soul loss causes holes in the energy field, draining one of their innate life force energy. Some classic signs of soul loss are chronic illness, chronic fatigue, misfortune, feelings of emptiness or not being whole, and not being connected to Spirit.

Another very real cause of soul loss is soul theft. If one is not totally in their power they can be more vulnerable to soul theft. This can occur through family members such as spouses, children or parents. Often times the alleged thief does not consciously know what they are doing. There are those however who do know that they are preying on someone else’s energy. What they don’t usually understand is that the energy they take from someone else is not usable energy for the thief. This energy or “life force” that has been taken from someone else is like wearing cement shoes for the thief.  Over time this stolen energy becomes heavy and very detrimental to the thief causing some of the same symptoms that the victim may be experiencing.

Employing the services of a Shaman or Shamanic practitioner can help bring soul parts back and bring the client back into wholeness and balance. A Shaman journeys on behalf of the client and finds the missing soul parts and brings them back. In knowing what caused the soul parts to fragment helps the Shaman/practitioner educate the client on how to keep this from happening again and how to incorporate the soul parts back.

In more rare cases when a sorcerer has stolen the soul,  and believe me, this is alive and well in our western world today, one really needs to contact a Shaman who is very well versed in what they are doing. If you feel that you are suffering at the hands of someone else, you will want to really spend time doing research and finding referrals on Shamanic practitioners. There are many reputable Shamanic practitioners out there, but there are also many “dabblers” who could do more harm than good.

One of my biggest suggestions to you if you think you may suffer from soul loss is to call on your personal Angels and Guides and ask for help in choosing the proper Shaman to help you with your Soul Retrieval. There is good help available out there and no need for anyone to suffer and not feel whole. And “trust” your own instincts.

I have been studying and teaching Shamanism for over 10 years and with many different teachers and I have studied two separate lineages of soul retrieval as well as curse unraveling. There are also other Shamanic practitioners at Pathways (pathwaysbayfield.com) if you are not called to work with me. We all resonate with different people and energies and it is important that you and your practitioner are in alignment with each other.

Since my emotional state seems to be pretty balanced these days for the most part, the fact that the window attendant at Burger King in Mesa Arizona brought tears to my eyes, certainly got my attention.

On a recent trip to Mesa to take care of  business that was not of the “pleasantest” of nature and should have been taken care of a long time ago, (yes, I can be a procrastinator) I retreated to old patterns of putting up those “virtual walls”, not being present, not practicing joy, and not engaging fully with people.  I pulled up to the drive through window at Burger King to get an iced tea to quench my thirst which obviously stemmed from the 102 degree weather. Ugh!

The middle aged man that greeted me at the window must have felt my disengagement from being fully present as he tried to be pleasant and though I was equally as pleasant, I was short and distracted. That is not how I like to be seen in the world, but hey, we all slip back into old patterns now and again.  I was not happy about being in Arizona, nor happy about the heat, or the fact that I had three days to do 2 weeks of work in.

So handing me my change and thanking me for my purchase, the man threw in a “God Bless You” to see if that caught my attention. And it did! There was one maybe two seconds of “Spirit to Spirit” awareness between me and this stranger, that knocked those walls right down and blasted me right back into present time. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mr. Burger King drive through man!

It wasn’t the first time I had some one say these words to me so I am guessing that it was the “energy” and intention behind the words that caught me off guard. These days people are afraid to speak their Truth for fear of persecution. This man practiced courage! Not knowing me or how I would react, he spoke His Truth.  And God is his Truth. And caring about people is his Truth!

I still wish that I had gone back to thank him for his courage. Though it brought tears to my eyes, it also opened me back up and reminded me to be courageous and fully present in all that I do.

And I thank Spirit/God/Creator for sending this messenger to my aid. For reminding me to be  joyful,  courageous, and fully present in all that I do. The rest of the trip I was truely grateful for all that I have including the 102 degree temps and having to do a job that I really didn’t want to be doing!
